How do you ship products?

Axel Vodka uses Sendle for both domestic and international deliveries. Shipping is calculated at the checkout, with all prices in AUD. After you place your order we will send you an email with a link so you can track your order. All orders can be tracked via the shipping company website.

 

How long will the delivery take?

What are your postage conditions?

We deliver to physical addresses, not Locked Bags or PO Boxes.

As part of our commitment to the responsible sale of Alcohol, you must be able to produce a form of legal identification (current driver's licence or equivalent) and sign for your Axel Vodka delivery in order to receive goods from our online shop. For this reason, please nominate a delivery address that is most suitable for weekday deliveries (ie place of work), if you know that you will not be home during normal business hours. If you are not present to collect your Axel Vodka delivery on the first attempt, your package will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or a you will receive an email notification to organise a second delivery attempt.

This email notification will include the information required to arrange a redelivery - all you need to do is follow the instructions in the email, or in the card that has been left on the premises. It is important that you book a redelivery within the timeframe stated in the email, or on the card. This is because the parcel will be returned to the sender after the stated timeframe. 

Delivery drivers reserve the right to:

  • Not deliver a parcel if they deem it unsafe to do so, and this is at their discretion
  • Check for legal identification
  • Refuse delivery at any time

For these reasons you must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to purchase from the Axel Vodka online shop. You must also not purchase items with the intention of supplying alcohol to minors (individuals below the legal drinking age in your country of residence) in order to purchase from the Axel Vodka online shop. Axel Vodka also does not deliver to individuals residing in areas declared as ‘dry or restricted areas’ (Purchasing & Shipping) or deemed to be 'intoxicated' upon delivery.
